Our country is at a critical juncture. The need to rebuild the nation’s infrastructure and fight climate change is urgent. Yet balancing rehabilitation and growth across America while ensuring our local communities are resilient and ready to meet the environmental challenges of the future has never been greater. But the federal government can’t do this alone. It will take a concerted effort of federal, state, and local policymakers to enact legislation that solves for the varying needs of our diverse nation. It will also require the input of utilities and the private sector as businesses seek to make use of the newest and the best technologies that make our grid and energy sector stronger and more resilient.
