Jim Hagemann Snabe is a global business leader whose career spans more than three decades at the intersection of technology, sustainability and innovation. He currently serves as Chairman of Siemens AG and holds board positions at Temasek and C3 AI. He is also a Member of the Board at the World Economic Forum and the Global Advisory Board of Deutsche Bank.
Snabe brings deep expertise in guiding complex, multinational organizations through digital transformation and growth. As Co-CEO of SAP AG, he helped double the company’s value. He also held senior leadership roles as Chairman of A.P. Moller – Maersk, Vice Chairman of Allianz SE, and Chairman of Northvolt AB, where he championed innovation and decarbonization across industries.
Educated in Denmark, Snabe holds a master’s degree in operational research from the Aarhus School of Business. In recognition of his work on digital transformation and its societal impact, he was appointed Adjunct Professor at Copenhagen Business School in 2016.
