Head of Business and Corporate Development
Aaron Hoover leads Bloom Energy’s business and corporate development efforts, driving strategic partnerships and growth initiatives across the energy ecosystem. He brings close to 30 years of global energy investment banking experience, most recently serving as Global Co-Head of Energy Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley.
Throughout his career, Aaron has advised leading companies across the energy value chain on mergers and acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and capital markets transactions, with more than $180 billion in M&A and $50 billion in financings completed. He is widely recognized for his deep industry relationships and his ability to navigate the evolving intersection of natural gas and power to unlock long-term value for stakeholders.
Aaron earned his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with Highest Honors with a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. He began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys traveling with his family, spending time at the lake, and staying active outdoors.
