Sonja Wilkerson Joins Bloom Energy’s Leadership Team as Chief People Officer

We are delighted to share the news that Sonja Wilkerson has joined the Bloom Energy leadership team as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. Sonja brings more than 30 years of HR leadership experience to the company, and we are excited for her to apply that expertize to leading and empowering our HR organization and employees around the world.

Sonja most recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Infinera Corporation, where she successfully developed talent strategies to drive organizational effectiveness through the integration of people, technologies, processes, and cultures.

Prior to Infinera, Sonja supported Global Finance and Legal organizations as VP of HR at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. She previously served as Director of HR at Cisco Systems for more than 10 years.

Sonja earned her B.S. in Organizational Behavior, an M.B.A. in International Management from the University of San Francisco, and an M.S. in Technology Management from Pepperdine University. She currently serves on the board of directors of Koppers, a global chemical and materials company.
